We want you to love your hair and body care routines, so if you are not completely satisfied with your Odele purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your return package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original box if possible and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
